Women's German Cup

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The DFB Frauen-Pokal, or Women's German Cup, is the main national women's football cup competition in Germany, thus the female counterpart to the DFB-Pokal. It was created in 1980 in the West and ten years later it began including Eastern teams as well.

Before the reunification of Germany the cup competition included teams from the former West only.
