Gordon University

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Gordon University is located in Grayslake, Illinois.

The school is a small private University that accepts only select applicants into its exclusive business program. The school does not advertise on the internet, preferring instead to find potential students by advertising in select business publications.

At any given time the school has less than 100 business students from The USA and Canada. The university is somewhat unique in its approach to education and allows students who are able to demonstrate exceptional time management skills to complete their degree through distance education.

PLAR (Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition) is widely used by many colleges and universities. Gordon University will employ PLAR for students who have completed a minimum of two years at another college or university.

Credits are transferable from government recognized institutions in both the USA and Canada. This small school is highly recommended to individuals who are employed and wish to complete a Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate Degree in Business in their spare time.
