Grand Falls-Windsor is a community in north-central Newfoundland, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. It is located on the north bank of the Exploits River, 25 kilometres southwest of its mouth at the Bay of Exploits, in Division No. 6.

Grand Falls and Windsor (previously Grand Falls Station) existed as independent entities until they were amalgamated into their current hyphenated status in 1991.

Grand Falls was built in the early 1900s as a "company town" around forestry and the pulp and paper industry, by British proprietor of the Daily Mail Alfred Harmsworth, 1st Viscount Northcliffe through his Anglo-Newfoundland Development Company Limited. The community was built based on the theories of Ebenezer Howard and the Garden city movement.[citation needed] The company was responsible for all town activities until 1961, when the first municipal council was elected. The mill is still in operation and is now owned by Abitibi-Consolidated. The town has since grown to become one of the largest communities in Newfoundland, and the second largest outside of the Avalon Peninsula.

The immediate area surrounding the town is rich in wildlife such as moose, caribou, black bear, fox, and grouse. The Exploits River is the largest in the island portion of the Province and the salmon fishing attracts anglers from around the world. The Salmonid Interpretation Centre, which is located outside of town at the site of the salmon ladder, is the largest of its kind in North America, and it provides spectacular views of waterfalls and jumping salmon. Each July, the town hosts the Exploits Valley Salmon Festival, one of the largest music festivals in Atlantic Canada. The Salmon Fesitval has had acts such as BTO (1994), Great Big Sea (1995), Blue Rodeo (1996), I Mother Earth (1997), Chantal Kreviazuk (1998), Matthew Good Band (1999), Damhnait Doyle (2000) Nelly Furtado (2001), Our Lady Peace (2002), Bif Naked (2003), Bryan Adams (2004), The Tragically Hip (2005), and most recently Billy Talent (2006)
