Green Oak Village Place is a strip mall located in Green Oak Township, just outside the city of Brighton. The center, which is currently under development, is located at the junction of US-23 at Lee Road. Anchor stores include Barnes & Noble, DSW Shoe Warehouse, Dick's Sporting Goods, JCPenney, and Old Navy.

The mall's first phase was opened on September 15, 2006. Stores such as Aéropostale, Pac Sun, Lane Bryant and Victoria's Secret are among the first phase of retailers. JCPenney opened in the mall on March 9, 2007.[1]

  • Three roundabouts were added at the US-23/Lee Road interchange to accomodate for mall traffic, including a double roundabout.
