Greenstone is a name given to several different types of minerals.

  • Pounamu, a form of green nephrite jade found in New Zealand and Australia

  • Greenstone (archaeology) - a type of stone, selected for color rather than composition, used by early cultures to create jewelry, ritual objects, statuettes, and other artefacts; used in particular in Mesoamerica studies.
