Gross is a village located in Boyd County, Nebraska. As of the 2000 census, the village had a total population of 5. According to the United States Census Bureau, it is one of only 8 places in the United States with a population of five people. The others are Storrie, California, Bear Head Lake, Minnesota, Baker, Missouri, Odell, New Hampshire, Maza, North Dakota, Somerset, Vermont, and Prudhoe Bay, Alaska.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.3 km² (0.1 mi²). None of the area is covered with water.
As of the censusGR2 of 2000, there are 5 people, 1 household, and 1 familiy residing in the village. The population density is 14.9/km² (38.3/mi²). There is 1 housing unit at an average density of 3.0/km² (7.7/mi²). The racial makeup of the village is 100.00% White.
