Guy Mairesse (born August 10, 1910 - died April 24, 1954) was a Formula One driver from France. He participated in 3 grands prix, debuting on September 3, 1950. He scored no championship points.

Mairesse was killed in practice for the Coupe de Paris at Montlhéry in 1954 when he swerved to avoid another car and crashed into a concrete wall.
