"Hail, Hail" is the second track off of Pearl Jam's 1996 studio album, No Code. The band played this song when they appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman to support the album. The song was released as a CD single in 1997 exclusive to Australia, Canada, Japan, and Europe.[1] "Hail, Hail" was included on Pearl Jam's greatest hits album, Rearviewmirror: Greatest Hits 1991-2003.

The single features the B-side "Black, Red, Yellow", an ode to Dennis Rodman,[2] which can also be found on Lost Dogs.
