"Happy" is the second single released by R&B/pop singer Ashanti from her self-titled debut album, Ashanti. Released in 2002, the single peaked at #8 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 singles chart. The song and its remix sample Gap Band's "Outstanding". This song is about Ashanti being much happier and chipper after finding a new boyfriend. The song clearly states "I'm so happy that I found you, boy."
