Happy Valley Athletic Association (Chinese: 愉園體育會) is a Hong Kong football club. They currently play in the Hong Kong First Division League. The club is also known simply as Happy Valley (or HVAA).

In the 2005-06 season, Happy Valley won the Hong Kong First Division League, losing just one match. The League title is Happy Valley's fourth in eight seasons.
