Harry Haslam

Harry Haslam (born Manchester July 30, 1921, died September 10, 1986) was an English footballer and manager.

Haslam played for Rochdale as an amateur, Oldham Athletic (1946-1947), Brighton & Hove Albion (1947-1948) and Leyton Orient (1948-1949), making nine league appearances as a full-back.

He managed Eastbourne United, Tonbridge, Luton Town and Sheffield United. He is credited with having discovered the prolific centre-forward Malcolm Macdonald.

His son Keith Haslam is the current Chairman of Mansfield Town.

He died in September 1986 at the age of 65.
