Harvest Moon 2 is a farm simulation video game for the Game Boy Color developed by Pack-In-Video. The object of the game is to cultivate a farm to prevent the land from being used to build an amusement park.

One major difference between Harvest Moon (1) for Game Boy Color or Harvest Moon GB, and Harvest Moon (2) for Game Boy Color, is that in HM2 one is able to build a sheep pen and then buy sheep. And one can build a greenhouse and grow herbs and special plants that only grow in the greenhouse.

Also, you may choose either a boy or girl character, like its prequel.

On this game, you can actually walk around town, as opposed to HMGBC. The town includes:

Mayor House

Church: open from 6AM - 6PM

Flower Shop: 6AM - 6PM ; closed Sundays

Tool Shop: 6AM - 6PM ; closed Sundays

Clinic: 6AM - 6PM ; closed Sundays

Carpenter: 6AM - 6PM ; closed Sundays

Library: 6AM - 6PM ; closed Sundays

Restaurant: 6AM - 6PM ; closed Sundays

Animal Shop: 6AM - 6PM ; closed Sundays
