Heather Kozar (born May 4, 1976, in Akron, Ohio) is an American model.

Kozar was Playboy's Playmate of the Month for January 1998 and was voted Playmate of the Year for 1999. She was also the St Pauli Girl for 2002.

She has also been a Barker's Beauty model for the popular daytime TV game show, The Price Is Right.

She is married to former Cleveland Browns quarterback Tim Couch. Heather and Tim have a son together, named Chase Scott Couch.
