Heba El-Sisy (born 1983 in El Mansoura, Egypt) was the official Pantene Miss Egypt 2004 titleholder. She represented Egypt in Miss Universe 2004 and then again at Miss World 2004. Heba also won the title of Miss Supermodel of Egypt less than a year before becoming Miss Egypt. The first two runners-up to Heba when she became Miss Egypt in 2004 were sisters.

Heba is a Law student at Mansoura University, and is also a professional model. She has a brother and a sister. Her mother is a housewife; and her dad is a retired chief for the armed forces of Egypt. She also aspires to be an actress. Ahmed Zaki was an influence on her life.

In 2005 Heba El-Sisy replaced Rania Kurdi on SuperStar, the Arabic television show based on the popular British show Pop Idol. When Rania Kurdi did not want to renew her position as a presenter on SuperStar for Season 3, Heba was hired as a result. The telecast of Super Star 3 was delayed after the assassination of Future TV Founder & Lebanese Prime Minister, Rafik Hariri, as the TV station went into mourning. Heba's contract prematurely ended before the semi finals had begun, leaving Ayman to host solo for the rest of the season.
