Hell Razah, born Chron Smith and also known as Heaven Razah, is an American rapper from the Red Hook section of Brooklyn, New York.

He was originally a member of Sunz Of Man and later Black Market Militia.

He was introduced by Shabazz The Disciple and Supreme as a member of the group Da Last Future, which included 7th Ambassador. Together they pressed up an independent single and recorded a video that aired on local video stations. By 1996 they had released two singles and sold 20,000 copies independently before Priority Records stepped in for the release of the album.

His debut solo album Renaissance Child was released on February 20, 2007.
