Durrell Muhammed (born on December 17, 1980 in Bronx, New York, USA), better known as Hell Rell, is a member of Dipset. His debut album, titled For The Hell Of It, is to be released spring 2007 through Diplomat Records and Koch Entertainment.

Hell Rell was incarcerated in Clinton Correctional Facility, among a few other jails, on drug-related charges in 2003 and was released in 2004. He refers to his jail time in many rhymes in his mixtapes as Clinton Max.

Hell Rell also refers to himself as the "hardest out, hungriest out, oldest out and home owner". He has done numerous underground DVD's and mixtapes as well as featuring on tracks by Cam'ron ("Get 'Em Daddy"), and is now being hyped as the next big thing to come out of New York.

Being a member of The Diplomats, Hell has been featured prominently on the group's mixtapes and Dipset albums, including: Diplomatic Immunity 1 and 2, Duke Da God Presents: More Than Music, Duke Da God Presents: The Movement Moves On, Juelz Santana's What the Game's Been Missing!, Jim Jones's Harlem: Diary of a Summer & Hustler's P.O.M.E., and on J.R. Writer's History in the Making. Hell Rell is one of the few members of Dipset that is not from Harlem, but from Weeks Avenue, the Bronx (according to Hell Rell, fellow Diplomat member Jim Jones also lived on that same street briefly).

His official solo mixtapes are Streets Wanna Know and New Gun In Town. He also starred in the film Killa Season, along with Cam'ron, Juelz Santana, and other Diplomats.

Hell Rell and Cam'ron went in with another new collab track called "I'm The Shit" from the joint album "Uptown boys", The track hit the internet on the 9th January 2007 and is one of many collabs done by the pair of New York rappers and has had a popular response from dipset fans.
