Helvetic Airways

Helvetic Airways is a low-cost airline based in Zürich, Switzerland. It operates low-cost flights to European destinations, mainly leisure markets, but also selected business. Its main base is Zurich International Airport.

The airline was established in 2001 and started operations on 15 February 2002. It was founded as Odette Airways and was re-branded as Helvetic Airways in September 2003. The first flight as Helvetic Airways took off in November 2003. It discontinued service on its Zurich-London Luton route on June 2006 and will discontinue service to Barcelona in late July 2006.
