They are in Accor's middle range of hotels and unlike the economy hotels such as Formule 1 and Etap, offer 24 hour reception. The room offers a bathroom and toilet, a desk, double bed, wardrobe space, and international and local channels on the television. [2]. The hotel sometimes includes a restaurant or bar offering food in the early evening (19:00-22:30). Generally, the Ibis Hotel's are seen as budget hotels, so Accor is endeavouring to change this by advertising all the hotel's achievements and highlighting their satisfaction guarantee. [3].
