Huesca is a province of northeastern Spain, in the northern part of the autonomous community of Aragon. It is bordered by the provinces of Lleida, Zaragoza, and Navarra, and by France (Departments of Pyrénées-Atlantiques and Hautes-Pyrénées).

Its area is 15,636 km². Its population is 218,023 (2006), and its population density is 13.94/km². It contains 202 municipalities.

Its capital is the city of Huesca, where about one-fifth of the population resides. Some notable towns in Huesca province are Ayerbe, Sabiñánigo, Jaca, Benasque, Graus, Benabarre, Barbastro, Tamarite de Litera, Monzón, Sariñena, and Fraga. See the list of municipalities in Huesca.

It has the last remaining Aragonese-speaking areas in some valleys of the Pyrenees (Aragon river valley, Sobrarbe, western Ribagorza). There are also several Catalan speaking areas on its eastern part (eastern Ribagorza, Litera, eastern Bajo Cinca).

The province contains the Ordesa y Monte Perdido National Park.
