David Knight (hypnotist)

David Knight (born c.1960 in Anlaby, near Hull) is an English stage hypnotist who specializes in comedy.

David Knight is trained by leading hypnotist Paul McKenna and performs stage shows displaying hypnosis around the United Kingdom. He starts the stage show selecting volunteers from the audience.

Knight has performed hypnotic stage shows across the UK for over 15 years with over 30,000 volunteers.

At the start of a typical show audience members are invited to the stage where Knight conducts a series of hypnotic tests, often hypnotizing the participants into comic states.

David Knight has worked for the BBC, Endemol, Daisy Beck Productions and Channel 4. As a TV Hypnotist David Knight has appeared many programs and documentaries including the BBC Travel Show, Big Breakfast, Alien Hand Syndrome, Jerry Halls - Kept, and Breakfast Television.

David is now based in North Yorkshire.
