Ignition is the second album by The Offspring, released on October 16, 1992.
The album had one outtake, "Mission From God", which was released on the compilation album Punk-O-Rama Vol. 10 in 2005. The track "Take It Like a Man" was originally recorded in 1991 for a Flipside magazine compilation, The Big One, produced by Epitaph Records owner (and Bad Religion guitarist) Brett Gurewitz.
Although no videos were released for this album, "Kick Him When He's Down" was released as a single in 1995 to airplay only.
The last track, "Forever and a Day", should not be confused with the Death by Stereo (who are also on Epitaph) song of the same name.
