In the Garden is the debut studio album by New Wave duo Eurythmics, released in 1981 (see 1981 in music).

It was co-produced with respected 'krautrock' producer Conny Plank, at his studio in Cologne, with numerous guest musicians. Compared to Lennox and Stewart's previous work with Plank in The Tourists, In the Garden has a rather muted, psychedelic feel, with a greater use of synthesizers.

Two singles were released from the album in the UK: "Never Gonna Cry Again" and "Belinda." Neither the album nor the singles achieved much commercial success, although Never Gonna Cry Again charted at #63 in the singles chart.

On November 14, 2005, SonyBMG repackaged and released Eurythmics' back catalog as "2005 Deluxe Edition Reissues." The re-issue of In the Garden added the B-sides from the album's two singles, plus three tracks recorded live on the accompanying tour.

  1. "English Summer" (Lennox, Pomphrey, Stewart) – 4:02
  2. "Belinda" (Lennox, Stewart) – 3:58
  3. "Take Me to Your Heart" (Lennox, Stewart) – 3:35
  4. "She's Invisible Now" (Lennox, Stewart) – 3:30
  5. "Your Time Will Come" (Lennox, Stewart) – 4:34
  6. "Caveman Head" (Lennox, Pomphrey, Stewart) – 3:59
  7. "Never Gonna Cry Again" (Lennox, Stewart) – 3:05
  8. "All the Young (People of Today)" (Lennox, Stewart) – 4:14
  9. "Sing-Sing" (Lennox, Stewart) – 4:05
  10. "Revenge" (Lennox, Stewart) – 4:31

  1. "Le Sinistre" – 2:44 (B-side of the "Never Gonna Cry Again" 7" and 12" singles)
  2. "Heartbeat Heartbeat" – 2:02 (B-side of the "Belinda" 7" single)
