Robert Herring, is a California businessman and founder of WealthTV.

He was the founder and owner of Herco Technology before selling the company in 2000 to Teradyne, Inc. Mr. Herring made news in March 2005 for offering $1 million to Terri Schiavo's husband Michael Schiavo to release all guardianship rights to her parents so that they could keep her alive on a feeding tube. He currently lives in the San Diego area.
