IntelliMetric is a computerized essay scoring system that relies on Artificial Intelligence (AI) to emulate the process carried out by expert human essay scorers.

IntelliMetric leverages Artificial Intelligence technology in four primary areas: machine learning; natural language understanding; pattern matching; and heuristics integration.

IntelliMetric is used in K-12, Higher Education and professional training environments. Intellimetric is widely used in both testing and instruction by organizations such as ACT, the College Board and Thomson Learning. IntelliMetric is currently used as a scorer for the GMAT examination([1]).
