Des Moines, Iowa will be getting a team of the NBA Development League to begin play in 2007. They will play their home games at the Wells Fargo Arena at Iowa Events Center. The Iowa D-League will be the first minor league basketball team to play in Des Moines a full season since the Des Moines Dragons.
