Iroquois Nationals

The Iroquois Nationals are a lacrosse team consisting of members of the Six Nations of the Iroquois Confederacy.[1] The team was admitted to the International Lacrosse Federation (ILF) in 1990. It is the only Native American team sanctioned to compete in any sport internationally.[1]
In 2006, the Iroquois Nationals Lacrosse Program signed a partnership with Nike, Inc. in which Nike will provide the Nationals with Nike-brand uniforms, clothing, footwear, and other equipment, and team members will assist in the research and development of sustainable sportswear that uses non-toxic dyes and biodegradable organic cotton.[1][2]
The Iroquois Nationals began competing in the World Lacrosse Championship in 1998.

They have also been competing in the World Indoor Lacrosse Championship since the first in 2003.
