"It's Alright, Ma (I'm Only Bleeding)" is a song by Bob Dylan. It first appeared as the penultimate track on the second side of his album, Bringing It All Back Home, released on 22 March, 1965 by Columbia Records, although Dylan performed it at least as early as 1964.

A famous cover of the song, performed by Roger McGuinn, appeared in the soundtrack of Easy Rider.

The line, "He who is not busy being born is busy dying" is popular with politicians. Jimmy Carter used the line in his acceptance speech at the 1976 Democratic National convention, and while campaigning for President in 2000, Al Gore told talk show host Oprah Winfrey that was his favorite quote. (Another line in the song is: "Even the President of The United States sometimes must have to stand naked." Gore was trying to distance himself from the Clinton/Lewinsky scandal at the time.)

The song was featured in the final episode of The Sopranos.
