Jacob Vargas (born on August 18, 1971) is a Mexican-American actor.
Vargas was born in Michoacán, Mexico, and raised in California, USA.
Vargas' break into acting came when he was cast as a street dancer on Different Strokes, and his career has continued successfully including films such as Traffic and Jarhead. He is married to Grade School Teacher Sylvia Arzate, and they have a daughter named Rose, born September 11, 2004.
