Jacques Santini (born April 25, 1952 in Delle, France) is a former football player and current manager. He played for AS Saint-Étienne during the 1970s, and reached the European Cup final with them in 1976. He was recently dismissed from his job as the head coach of AJ Auxerre in Ligue 1, due to the club's failure to qualify for European competition.

He has previously managed the Toulouse FC, Lille OSC, AS Saint-Étienne, FC Sochaux, Olympique Lyonnais, the French national team, and Tottenham Hotspur

On the French national team, Santini replaced Roger Lemerre, who was dismissed after a shocking first-round loss in the 2002 FIFA World Cup. Following a surprise loss to Greece in the quarterfinal round of Euro 2004, Santini himself was removed and Raymond Domenech took his place.

Known at Tottenham Hotspur for his defensive style, Santini's spell in England started brightly enough, with a series of 1-0 victories, but was in something of a decline when he announced his resignation 13 games into his Tottenham career. Officially Santini left England due to personal problems, often cited as an illness to his wife, however it was widely reported that a series of disagreements with then Sporting Director Frank Arnesen led to his departure.
