Jagged Edge is a 1985 film starring Glenn Close, Jeff Bridges, Robert Loggia and Peter Coyote. It is a courtroom thriller with a 1940s feel, written by Joe Eszterhas, and was directed by Richard Marquand.

When San Francisco heiress Paige Forrester is murdered at her remote beach house husband Jack (Jeff Bridges) is shocked. To make matters worse, he is then accused of the murder and made to stand trial. Hiring Lawyer Teddy Barnes (Glenn Close) to defend him, despite the fact that she hasn't handled any criminal case in years. Over the course of time, a chemistry between them both appears to grow, along with Forrester's charming yet manipulative manner. Teddy finds herself defending a man she has fallen in love with.

A Return of the Jedi poster can be seen on the door of Barnes' children's room. Marquand had directed Jedi two years prior.
