Jamie Watson (born April 10, 1986 in Dallas, Texas) is an American soccer forward, who currently plays for Real Salt Lake of Major League Soccer.
Watson trained with the United States Under-17 team at the Bradenton Academy. Following his graduation, he played two years of college soccer at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. However, he left after his sophomore season to sign a Generation adidas contract with MLS, whereupon he was selected 13th overall in the 2005 MLS SuperDraft by Salt Lake.
Watson has played for various youth United States national teams, and was a starting forward at the 2003 World Under-17 Championship in Lahti, Finland, playing alongside Freddy Adu. He has an older brother named Kevin Watson who is renowned chef as well as an older brother named Brett Watson.
