Jason Cayless (born January 15, 1980 in Sydney, Australia to New Zealand parents) is a New Zealand rugby league player for St Helens RFC in the Super League. Jason is the younger brother of another prominate rugby league player, Nathan Cayless
He previously played for the Sydney Roosters and the Parramatta Eels in the National Rugby League. He has also represented the New Zealand national rugby league team on several occasions since 2002. His position of choice is at prop forward.
