Jason Scott Dolley (born July 5, 1991 in Los Angeles, California) is an American actor. At the age of eleven, he got the lead role in the award winning short film entitled Chasing Daylight, where he plays a boy, who is attempting to cope with the loss of his best friend. He currently plays the role of rock-n-roll fanatic Newt Livingston on the Disney Channel series "Cory in the House".

Dolley had the opportunity to work with director Mel Gibson on the ABC-TV comedy Complete Savages. In the series, he plays thirteen-year-old T. J. Savage, the youngest of the five Savage brothers. Dolley's movie, Saving Shiloh, is complete and was direct-to-video released on August 22, 2006. He also starred as Conner Kennedy in the Disney Channel Original Movie, Read it and Weep. Also in 2006, Dolley appears in Duracell's commercial "Trusted Everywhere" Campaign "Amazon"[1]

Dolley resides with his parents and older brother, Jeffrey. He enjoys camping trips and visiting Disneyland. When at home, you can often find him playing with his pet dog, a chocolate Labrador retriever named Jasmine. His favorite past times with his friends include video games, playing the guitar, and mastering yo-yo tricks. He lives in Simi Valley, California where he attends a private school and maintains a 4.0 GPA.
