Krupa was born in Warsaw, Poland as the eldest of three daughters to hotelier Steven Krupa. She moved to Chicago, Illinois with her family at the age of five.

Krupa has appeared on various magazine covers including FHM, Personal, Inside Sport, Stuff, Steppin Out, Teeze, Maxim, and most notably the July 2005 issue of Playboy, in which she was named the Sexiest Swimsuit Model in the World. Maxim named her #61 in its 2006 Hot 100 list.[1] She was also voted German Maxim's Model of the Year 2004/2005.

She was a "Juggy Dancer" on The Man Show for a brief period of time. While she stated it was fun, she admitted that it was a waste of time.[citation needed]

She enjoys playing poker and is currently the official spokesperson for Titan Poker, an online poker room.

Krupa also did a nude photoshoot for animal rights group PETA. The advertisements all have "I would rather go naked than wear fur" as a motto. Krupa has been quoted as saying, “[T]here is nothing sexy about wearing something that is so obviously tied to senseless pain and killing.”

Krupa currently resides in Los Angeles, California. She previously dated actor Jensen Ackles.
