Career Highlights

John Anthony (born January 19, 1988) is a Collingwood Magpies footballer in the Australian Football League.

A tough as nails defender from Collingwood territory in the northern suburbs of Melbourne, Anthony has been earmarked by the club to hold down the fullback position in the years to come, set to replace Shane Wakelin and Simon Prestigiacomo when the pair depart the league scene.

An underage draftee in 2005, Anthony came on in leaps and bounds with Williamstown in the VFL, and is expected to make his league debut for the Magpies in 2007.
