"Mr. & Mrs. John Sacrimoni Request..." is the 70th episode of the HBO original series, The Sopranos. The episode was written by Terence Winter and was directed by Steve Buscemi. It was the 5th episode for the show's sixth season. It originally aired on April 9, 2006.

Johnny Sack is granted a six-hour supervised release from prison in order to attend his daughter's wedding. Despite being in prison, Johnny lords over the planning of the event and tries to keep his family focused on the big day. He later mentions the price tag for the wedding approaches half a million dollars.

Although still recovering from his gunshot wound, Tony is ready to go back to work. He has a new bodyguard, Perry Annunziata, a former bodybuilder Tony calls "muscles marinara". Tony notices his large arms on their first trip together and tries to impress him with tales of his previous athletic prowess. The bodyguard nearly accosts two truck drivers who cut him off and swear at him, but Tony stops the "hot-head".

Tony's first day work mostly involves playing cards and being waited on by his crew. Phil Leotardo arrives and mockingly suggests that the crew are purposely losing to Tony. Prior to this we see Vito winning a hand suggesting that only Vito is playing for real and not prepared to give up his money. Phil Leotardo tells him that Johnny wants Tony to take care of killing Rusty for him. Tony refuses the request.

At the wedding, Tony collapses when asked by U.S. Marshals to remove his shoes at a security check point. During the party following the wedding, he is able to talk to Johnny Sack face-to-face for the first time since he was shot and Johnny was arrested. Johnny asks him again as a personal favor to perform the hit on Rusty, and Tony agrees.

The Marshals break up the send-off for the bride and groom by whisking in to take Johnny away. Not being able to see his daughter leave causes Johnny to tear up and cry openly in front of all in attendance. After he is taken away, members of Tony's crew discuss John's emotional "disgrace" with Phil and other guys from New York. Phil suggests that Johnny is weak and can probably be made to talk by the government. Christopher sides with Phil, directly disagreeing with Tony.

Vito leaves the reception early claiming to feel ill. But when he gets home, he tells his wife he needs to make collections. Instead, he goes to a gay fetish club, full of leather-clad, bare-chested patrons. Vito dances with a man and offers to buy him a drink, but on the way to the bar, he runs into two of his associates who are there making collections. Although Vito tries to play it off as a joke, they call him a "fag" and leave. Vito returns home, gets a gun and checks into a hotel. After a 3 A.M. call to Silvio to "check in" and ask if everything is "OK", he makes no further contact with anyone and does not return any calls.

Tony talks to Dr. Melfi about the shape of his crew and their perception of him. He fears they view him as being weak because of his physical condition. Seemingly unaware of how Tony will take her advice, she suggests he do something to let the guys know he is back and healthy. He arrives at the pork store and sees the crew sunning themselves or playing basketball. He looks over the guys and seems to try to decide which is the most physically impressive. He chooses the new bodyguard. Tony tries to bait him into a confrontation, but Perry will not bite. With his drop-jawed crew looking on, Tony punches the brawny man, starting a fight that ends with the Perry bleeding on the floor and Tony walking away seemingly unscathed.

However, Tony is not as well as he tries to appear. He retreats to the bathroom after the altercation and vomits up blood. Tony then gives himself a satisfied smile in the mirror. The moment is short-lived, however, as Tony has to make his way to the toilet again to vomit up more blood.

• The title is the first words on the wedding invitation for John and Ginny Sacrimoni's daughter, Allegra. It is also likely a reference to John's request that Tony and the New Jersey family kill Rusty Millio.

• In the scene where Ahmed and Mohammed speak to Christopher about the guns, Christopher's stripper is initially seen topless. When Christopher's associate calls for him, suddenly the stripper has her top back on, and in the following scene depicting her, she is once again topless.
• The location of the marriage scene is at "Leonard's" of Great Neck on Northern Boulevard in Long Island, New York.
• Carmela picks up The Star Ledger bearing a picture of Uncle Junior on the cover. This scene can be argued as part of the traditional newspaper sequence which occurs usually in the season premiere of each season. The sixth season premiere however did not use this feature and instead featured an opening montage.
• When dressing for his court appearance, it is specifically stated that Johnny Sack wears a Brioni suit. This is a possible reference to "Dapper Don" John Gotti, who also favored Brioni when going to court.
