Jon Brown (born February 27, 1971) is a British athlete specializing in marathon running.

Participating in the 2000 Sydney Olympics, where he placed fourth and 2004 Athens Olympics, where he achieved fourth in the men's marathon final in a season's best time of 2 hours, 12 minutes and 26 seconds.

He holds the British record over 10,000m of 27:18.14, set in Brussels in 1998. He lives mostly in Victoria, Canada.
