Julie Bell (born 1958 in Beaumont, Texas) is an American painter. A fantasy artist, she is a former bodybuilder and fantasy model for her husband, painter Boris Vallejo.

Bell and Vallejo reside in Allentown, Pennsylvania. She has two sons, Anthony Palumbo and David Palumbo, both of whom are also professional painters.

She is amongst the foremost female fantasy artist working in the world of illustration today. One of her most famous and recognized artwork is Lilandra (pictured right), which has been used as the cover for 'The Julie Bell Portfolio' and reprinted in several of her books.

She also designed the cover art for Meat Loaf's album Bat out of Hell III: The Monster is Loose and its first single "It's All Coming Back to Me Now".

In 2007, Bell and her husband Vallejo illustrated the poster for Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie Film for Theaters.[1]
