KEZY, 1240AM, is the affiliate of Radio Nueva Vida for southern California's Inland Empire. The station is licensed to San Bernardino, California.

KEZY joined the Spanish language evangelical Christian network in 2002. Before that, it was a simulcast of KLTX 1390AM, airing Christian teaching shows (such as Through the Bible) and Michael Reagan's talk show. It was also the play-by-play home of the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes of the California League of minor-league baseball in 2000 and carried some high school football games as well.

ORANGE COUNTY CONNECTION

KEZY was previously the call letters assigned to an AM station in Orange County at 1190 kHz. At first playing easy listening music (K-Easy), the station later became an Orange County top-40 powerhouse featuring such personalities as Mark Denis, Mike Wagner and many more. The station's address at the time was the same as its assigned frequency: 1190 East Ball Road.

In the late 1970s, programmer Dave Foreman dropped top-40 in favor of an adventurous semi-alternative rock format. The slogan was "Kick-Ass Rock and Roll," which contrasted with KEZY-FM's light-rock format and a related slogan, "KEZY-FM kicks back; KEZY-AM kicks ass." After a few years the station once again changed formats, first to news (as KNWZ), then to an adult rock format known simply as "12." ("KEZY Anaheim is 12.") The last English-language format was a syndicated top-40 format that lasted a short time until it became multi-cultural.

KEZY-FM was the sister station to KEZY, and became "THE" KEZY when the AM station changed call letters. One of the last independent FM stations in Southern California, the station was finally bought by Jacor, later Clear Channel, and changed call letters to KXMX, The Mix. When Clear Channel sold the station to Salem Communications in late 2000, it became KFSH "The Fish," and was moved to Burbank. The Anaheim studios at 1190 East Ball Road were later torn down.
