KFGO is a news and talk radio station owned by James Ingstad based in Fargo, North Dakota on 790 AM. The station is the production home of The Ed Schultz Show, a syndicated liberal talk show hosted by Ed Schultz, though it no longer airs the show since January 25, 2006 (though KQWB-AM 1660 in Fargo airs it). KFGO's largest rival is WDAY-AM 970.

On September 28, 2006 KFGO and the other Clear Channel stations in Fargo were being sold to James Ingstad, who lives in Fargo. The sale was approved by the FCC on January 19, 2007. Ingstad owned the stations and sold them to Clear Channel in 2000, though KDAM didn't sign on until 2002.

Schultz also hosts KFGO's statewide call-in program, News and Views, which was formerly hosted by Democratic-NPL state senator Joel Heitkamp from 2004 to February 2007, and previously hosted by Schultz before 2004. KFGO broadcasts University of North Dakota Fighting Sioux men's hockey and football games.

KFGO's listening coverage area includes the eastern half of North Dakota, northwest Minnesota, northeast South Dakota, and southern Manitoba (a Canadian province). The coverage includes the cities of Grand Forks, ND, Winnipeg, Manitoba, and Aberdeen, SD.

Ingstad's Radio Fargo-Moorhead, Inc. also owns KVOX-AM 1280 (Sports), WDAY 93.7 (Top 40/CHR), KBVB 95.1 (Country), KRWK 101.9 (Rock), and KMXW 104.7 (Adult Contemporary) in the Fargo-Moorhead area.
