Kateryna Bondarenko

Kateryna Bondarenko (born March 21, 1986 in Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine, then part of the Soviet Union) is a professional female tennis player from Ukraine. She plays right-handed and turned pro in 2000.
On June 11, 2007, Bondarenko achieved her career-high singles ranking: World No. 39. She is the younger sister of Alyona Bondarenko.
She pulled off the biggest win of her career so far at the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix held in Stuttgart, Germany, by beating Ana Ivanović, the fifth seed at that event, in three sets. She lost in the quarterfinals to eventual runnerup Tatiana Golovin. She has not yet won any WTA tour titles.
