In 1994, Warped Tour started out as a skating fest, but when it got famous, he wanted music to be there and started with 12 bands. The fame was increasing every year, and he was making progress. In 1997, the crowd was twice as bigger than the one in 1996 due to the fact that bands such as Blink-182 and Social Distortion were there all year long. This still continues, and that is why it is known as "The Tour That Wont Die".
