Kieko Hashiguchi is a contemporary Japanese virtuoso flutist.

Kieko Hashiguchi was born in 1964 in the former town of Tōyo (now Saijō) in Ehime prefecture, Japan.

She is a granddaughter of Yoshiro Hashiguchi (1918KIA 1944), one of the Japanese aces in WW2.

Graduate of the National Academy of Music in Tokyo, she began her career at the Institute of Music. She then improves in Salzburg and Paris.

Her repertory alternates the Japanese traditional musics, where she occurs accompanied by koto and shamisen with the Western classical music, in particular Johann Sebastian Bach.

Kieko Hashiguchi continues a career of soloist between Tokyo, Paris and Vienna.
