Kladanj is a town and municipality in Tuzla Canton, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It belongs to the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The population of Kladanj is about 16,000 of those 73% Bosniak, 24% Serbian, and 3% others. The land area of the municipality is approximately 325 km². The town is 570 meters above sea level. The lumber industry called "Sokolina" is one of the most vital economic contibutors to the municipality.
