Diamond Law School Graduate Tax Program - Online founded in 1998, Professor William H. Byrnes, IV, Director, created the first wholly online LLM from an ABA accredited school. Professor Byrnes assembles the most recognized academic and practitioner names as resident and non-resident faculty to teach this specialized, integrated curriculum in International Taxation, Offshore Financial Centers, Anti-Money Laundering & Compliance, and E-commerce.

Professor Byrnes chooses a diverse, cross-disciplined international student body, admitting lawyers, accountants, estate planners, trust officers, and economists, who learn in multi-practice, multi-jurisdictional groups.
