Laila Bagge (born December 15, 1973) is a Swedish dance-pop singer and songwriter. She received ballet training in Gothenburg, Sweden, and initially joined a Swedish girl group called Joy. The group broke up before releasing any material. Bagge signed with GVC records in Japan and Motown Records in order to pursue a solo singing career, releasing her first album, Hello Laila, in 1998, which met only mild success. In 2001, after teaching at a Swedish dance school called Sway, Bagge decided to hold auditions for a new girl group that she would co-manage. She invited Anna Sundstrand and Anais Lameche, both students at her dance school, to be in the group, and after screening many girls in Stockholm, completed the group with Faye Hamlin and Rosie Munter. These four girls would come to be known as Play. Bagge worked with the group and helped them to get signed to Columbia Records, and continued to co-manage them and assist them in the recording studio, at performances, and on tour. Play officially disbanded in late 2004.

In July 2003, Laila Bagge gave birth to her first child, a boy named Liam.

Bagge released her second CD, All About Love, in July 2004 to Japanese audiences.
