Laurel Park Place is an enclosed upscale shopping mall located in Livonia, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit. The mall is connected to the Livonia Marriott Hotel and features 74 stores, as well as several restaurants. The mall was originally owned and developed by Schostak, who sold it to current owners CBL & Associates Properties in 2005. It is the third shopping mall to open in Livonia, the first two being Wonderland Mall and Livonia Mall.

Laurel Park Place opened in 1989 with Jacobson's as its anchor store. Parisian was later added as a second anchor. In 2000, Jacobson's declared bankruptcy; their store was soon replaced with Von Maur in 2003. In 2006, Belk acquired the Parisian chain, but soon sold six Midwestern Parisian stores to Bon-Ton, including the one at Laurel Park Place. Since then, it has been confirmed that Bon-Ton, Inc., will retain the Parisian name in Michigan.[1]
