Leeds United Service Crew

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Leeds United Service Crew is a banner title used to define fans of Leeds United who regularly engage in terrace culture associated with the club would become one of the leading firms in what would become terrace fashion and culture. During the height hooligan scene The Leeds Service Crew become one of the most feared mobs in European football, earning the tag "Number One When It Mattered".

Latter day crack-downs on football thuggery has, as with all mobs, largely curtailed the Service Crew's activities. However, the group remains one of the most famous and well known football terrace firms with at least two websites dedicated to its members, Leeds Service Crew Forum being a prime example. The Leeds United Service crew has been involved in a string of high-profile fracases - earning spots on the media and in national press.

The Service Crew has no membership of course and is just more matter of fact dealings between a close group friends with in the football scene rather than a fully organised association and in fact should you ask any of its so called members all will vigorously deny any involvement with the Service Crew.

Despite the ongoing police crack down into football hooliganism it does, still have a healthy following of older members and a new up and coming youth element that remains committed to maintaining the reputation of not only the Service Crew but also that of Leeds United and its off-the-fvjcvc
