The Liberal Party of Ukraine (Liberal'na Partiya Ukrayiny) is a political party in Ukraine, led by Volodymyr Shcherban. It was established in September 1991 and was officially registered the next month. It is based mainly on Donets Basin area. It went into decline after one of its leading figures, Yevhen Shcherban, was assassinated in November 1996.

At the parliamentary elections on 30 March 2002, the party was part of the Viktor Yushchenko Bloc Our Ukraine. However, at the Ukrainian presidential election, 2004, it decided to endorse the pro-government candidate Viktor Yanukovych, which led to the defection of the first deputy of the party, Mykola Zhulinskiy.

At the parliamentary elections on 26 March 2006, the party stood alone, gaining 0.04% of the popular vote and no seats.

The party is an observer at Liberal International.
