This is a listing, by country of publication and target audience, of manga magazines.

These are almost exclusively available in train stations and are aimed at the working men who want something to read on the way to and from work while commuting.

These are not ordered by target audience because of the small number of publications.

  • Manga Mania (shōnen/seinen/shōjo) - Started publication in 2003. Consists of manga published by Kodansha.
  • Shonen Jump (shōnen) - Swedish edition of Shonen Jump. Started publication in 2004.

  • Pox (now defunct) - A comics magazine for alternative adult comics from many countries. Featured Yoshihiro Tatsumi's Kachiku (as Hundkojan) (originally published in GARO) in issue 6/1986, as well as some other short stories by the same author.
  • Magnum (now defunct) - A comics magazine for action/adventure comics. (Popular comics included Judge Dredd, Cat Claw, AXA and later many Vertigo comics.) Featured Akira in issues 4-9/1997 (after which the magazine ceased publication).

  • OzTAKU (Australian artists)
  • Xuan Xuan (Australian artists) - currently discontinued

  • Manga Mania - Published by Dark Horse Comics from 1993 and running for a number of years, the magazine featured serialised installments of famous Japanese manga such as Akira, Godzilla and Appleseed, as well as other articles on the genre.
  • Manga Mover (Half international, half Japanese artists)
  • Neo
