- Cobra (shōnen/seinen) - Published between 1991-1992. Featured the shōnen manga Space adventure Cobra, the seinen manga Crying Freeman (by Ryoichi Ikegami) and Pineapple Army (by Naoki Urasawa).
- Pox (now defunct) - A comics magazine for alternative adult comics from many countries. Featured Yoshihiro Tatsumi's Kachiku (as Hundkojan) (originally published in GARO) in issue 6/1986, as well as some other short stories by the same author.
- Magnum (now defunct) - A comics magazine for action/adventure comics. (Popular comics included Judge Dredd, Cat Claw, AXA and later many Vertigo comics.) Featured Akira in issues 4-9/1997 (after which the magazine ceased publication).
- Shonen Magz (shōnen) - Indonesian version of Shonen Magazine. It consists of manga published by Kodansha.
- Shonen Star (shōnen) - Indonesian version of Shonen Sunday, consists of manga published by Shogakukan.
- Nakayoshi (shōjo) (Indonesian version)
- Hanalala (shojo) - Indonesian version of Hana to Yume and Lala combined into one. It consists of manga published by Hakusensha.
